Overview

Sembcorp Logistics Park Dinh Vu is a modern ready-built hybrid (RBH) industrial and logistics development located in the Dinh Vu Industrial Zone within the Dinh Vu – Cat Hai Economic Zone, Hai Phong City. Developed by Sembcorp Infra Services, the project is designed to provide high-quality, flexible industrial spaces for manufacturing, warehousing, and logistics operations, supporting the region’s growing role as a key Northern Vietnam logistics hub.
