Lotte Center Hanoi

Lotte Center Hanoi is one of Vietnam’s most iconic mixed-use skyscrapers, located at 54 Lieu Giai Street, Giang Vo Ward, Hanoi. Developed by the South Korean conglomerate Lotte Group, the project serves as a landmark connecting Hanoi’s traditional city center with its rapidly developing western business district. Inspired by the graceful shape of the Vietnamese ao dai, the tower has become a prominent symbol of modern Hanoi since its inauguration in 2014.

Rising 272 meters with 65 above-ground floors and 5 basement levels, Lotte Center Hanoi is one of the tallest buildings in Vietnam. The mixed-use complex comprises Grade A office space, a five-star hotel, serviced apartments, a department store, restaurants, entertainment facilities, and the renowned Lotte Hanoi Sky observation deck, offering panoramic views of the capital. The development has a total gross floor area of approximately 253,400 m².

The office component occupies floors 8–31 and provides premium Grade A workspace with large floor plates, raised flooring systems, intelligent building management systems, high-speed elevators, and 100% backup power supply. In 2025, Lotte Center Hanoi achieved LEED Gold Certification for Operations and Maintenance (O+M), recognizing its commitment to sustainable building management, energy efficiency, water conservation, and occupant well-being.

Strategically positioned at the intersection of Lieu Giai and Dao Tan streets, the tower enjoys excellent connectivity to government offices, embassies, luxury hotels, and major business districts. It is located approximately 24 km from Noi Bai International Airport and offers convenient access to both Hanoi’s CBD and western growth corridor.
