Overview

Keangnam Landmark 72 is one of Vietnam’s most iconic mixed-use skyscraper developments and a prominent landmark of Hanoi’s western business district. Located at E6 Pham Hung Street, Tu Liem Ward, Hanoi, the project was developed by the South Korean developer Keangnam Enterprises and officially completed in 2011. Designed as a world-class integrated complex, the development combines Grade A office space, a five-star hotel, serviced apartments, retail facilities, entertainment venues, and an observation deck, creating one of the largest mixed-use developments in Vietnam.

At the heart of the project stands the 72-storey Landmark Tower, which rises approximately 336 meters, making it one of the tallest buildings in Vietnam. The development also includes two 48-storey residential towers, bringing the total gross floor area to approximately 609,673 m². The office component occupies a significant portion of the Landmark Tower and offers some of the largest contiguous office spaces in Hanoi, catering to multinational corporations, financial institutions, technology firms, and professional service companies.

Designed to international Grade A standards, Keangnam Landmark 72 provides approximately 168,000 m² of office space with large and efficient floor plates of up to 2,000 m² per floor. The tower features raised flooring systems, floor-to-ceiling glazing, high-speed destination-controlled elevators, centralized building management systems (BMS), and 100% backup power supply. The modern office environment is complemented by extensive on-site amenities, including conference facilities, restaurants, cafés, fitness centers, retail outlets, and hotel services.

The development is also home to the InterContinental Hanoi Landmark72, one of the highest luxury hotels in Southeast Asia, occupying the upper floors of the tower. Together with residential apartments, retail facilities, and entertainment amenities, the project offers a comprehensive live-work-stay environment that attracts both local and international occupiers.

Strategically located along Pham Hung Boulevard, Hanoi’s primary commercial corridor, Keangnam Landmark 72 enjoys excellent connectivity to government agencies, major business parks, embassies, and residential communities. The building is approximately 27 km from Noi Bai International Airport, with direct access to Ring Road 3, Thang Long Boulevard, and key routes connecting Hanoi with northern provinces and industrial zones.

Today, Keangnam Landmark 72 remains one of Hanoi’s most prestigious business addresses and continues to serve as a major hub for multinational corporations and large domestic enterprises seeking premium office accommodation in the capital.
