Overview

Logicross Nam Thuan is a modern ready-built warehouse development located within Nam Thuan Industrial Park in Tay Ninh Province, strategically positioned near Ho Chi Minh City and key transportation corridors in Southern Vietnam. Developed by Mitsubishi Estate under the renowned “Logicross” logistics platform, the project marks the company’s first logistics facility development in Vietnam and the first overseas expansion of the Logicross brand. The warehouses are designed with modern logistics specifications including an 11-meter clear ceiling height, large 12m x 26m column spans, floor loading capacity of 3 tons/sqm, elevated loading zones, and 64 dock levelers to support high-volume logistics and warehouse automation operations. One warehouse block is specifically designed with a cross-docking configuration to optimize cargo flow and improve operational efficiency for complex distribution activities.

In addition to its advanced logistics infrastructure, Logicross Nam Thuan is developed with a strong emphasis on sustainability and workplace quality. The project has achieved LEED certification standards and incorporates environmentally friendly features such as energy-efficient LED lighting systems, water-saving fixtures, heat-insulated roofing materials, and biophilic design concepts integrated into common areas and office entrances. The development is also equipped with NFPA-compliant ESFR sprinkler systems, backup power supply, electronic security systems, and high-quality Japanese-standard construction materials and equipment.
