NAI Vietnam has officially announced the signing of a strategic partnership agreement with the Developer – Trung Viet Investment, and Savills Vietnam. Under this agreement, NAI Vietnam and Savills Vietnam have been appointed as the Co-Lead Leasing and Marketing Consultants for The Kross, a premium Grade A office building scheduled to commence operations in Ho Chi Minh City in 2026.

In the context of an increasingly limited supply of premium office space in Ho Chi Minh City, The Kross stands out as the only Grade A office building expected to open in 2026.
