President Place

With the first LEED Gold certification awarded, President Place has set a new standard for Vietnamese buildings since its construction in 2012 by Refico. The building is located right on Nguyen Du Street in the center of District 1, featuring boutique architecture that emphasizes workspace across 12 floors, with a total usable area of 11,577 m2. It promises to be an ideal workplace for both domestics and abroad companies.
