Hidden behind the timeless façade of a mid-century Saigon building, Toong Pham Ngoc Thach offers a workspace experience that feels closer to an artistic retreat than a conventional office. Operated by Toong, the project is located at 1Bis Pham Ngoc Thach Street, right between Notre Dame Cathedral, Turtle Lake, and the Independence Palace — one of the most historically layered and culturally vibrant intersections in Ho Chi Minh City.

Instead of modernizing the building beyond recognition, Toong chose to preserve much of its original architectural character dating back more than half a century. The workspace occupies floors 1 to 4 of the property, where old staircases, vintage structural details, and nostalgic spatial proportions are carefully retained and blended with contemporary artistic interventions. Notably, the building does not use elevators; movement through the elegant central staircase becomes part of the overall spatial experience, gradually connecting members to working areas, communal lounges, and event spaces across different floors.

The interiors reflect Toong’s signature design philosophy — combining local cultural identity with modern workplace functionality.
