Overview

Vietnam SuperPort™ is a next-generation multimodal logistics hub strategically located in Binh Nguyen Commune, Phu Tho Province, along the Lao Cai – Hanoi – Hai Phong Economic Corridor. Developed through a joint venture between YCH Group and T&T Group, the project is designed to become one of Southeast Asia’s most advanced logistics gateways, integrating rail, road, air, and sea transportation within a single ecosystem. The development aims to strengthen Vietnam’s role in regional and global supply chains while reducing logistics costs and improving trade connectivity.

Spanning approximately 83 hectares, Vietnam SuperPort™ is being developed as a comprehensive logistics platform featuring an Inland Container Depot (ICD), Rail Cargo Terminal, Off-Airport Cargo Terminal (OACT), bonded and non-bonded warehouses, customs facilities, container yards, and value-added logistics services. The project is designed to connect more than 20 industrial parks across Northern Vietnam with major logistics gateways including Hai Phong Port, Lach Huyen International Gateway Port, Noi Bai International Airport, and Southern China.

A key differentiator of the project is its multimodal transport capability. The hub integrates road freight, rail freight, air cargo, and maritime logistics into a unified supply chain platform, enabling businesses to optimize transportation costs and improve cargo transit efficiency. The operational Off-Airport Cargo Terminal (OACT) provides direct connectivity with Noi Bai International Airport, while the rail terminal supports cross-border freight movement between Vietnam, China, and the broader ASEAN region.

Vietnam SuperPort™ is also positioned as a pioneer in sustainable logistics development. The project targets Net Zero emissions by 2040 and incorporates digital technologies such as AI, automation, blockchain-enabled processes, and smart logistics solutions to enhance operational efficiency and environmental performance. Through YCH Group’s regional network, the hub connects businesses to more than 100 cities across Asia-Pacific, supporting resilient and scalable supply chains.

With its strategic location, multimodal infrastructure, advanced technology platform, and strong regional connectivity, Vietnam SuperPort™ is expected to become a critical logistics gateway linking Vietnam with China, ASEAN, and global markets, while supporting the country’s ambition to become a leading logistics hub in Southeast Asia.
